CDM Coordinator

With over 14 years experience of construction health and safety we are able to provide added value to any project.  The level of service and in-put can be adjusted to suit the needs of the Client and the project team.
 
The following are provided as a minimum:-

  • Collect pre-construction information and advise the Client when surveys are needed to fill information gaps
  • Provide relevant information to Designers and Contractors and coordinate information with the Client
  • Notify the HSE
  • Establish and maintain a project risk register
  • Complete the Pre-Construction Information in accordance with the approved code of practice.

    CDM related services are activities that we can perform on your behalf or alternatively you may prefer to carry out yourself. These include:-

  • Coordinate health and safety aspects for the work of Designers, Planners etc associated with the project.
  • Collect the information and prepare the Health and Safety File for handover at completion of the project.
  • Advise the Client on the adequacy of management arrangements for the project, including:-
  • Time available for the Principal Contractor to mobilise for construction work
  • Managing late design changes
  • Managing cooperation between contractors
  • Carry out site audits on behalf of the client during the construction phase
